  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 PM (noon) GMT will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, subject to product availability.
  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT will be processed and dispatched within 72 hours.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

2. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • For orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12:00 PM (noon) GMT, delivery will typically occur within 48 hours of dispatch.
  • For orders placed Monday to Thursday after 12:00 PM (noon) GMT, delivery will typically occur within 72 hours of dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery times as outlined above.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location.
  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier's website.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe may be fraudulent or pose a risk to our customers or our business.
